gear pump is driven by a 4HP 4 stroke diesel engine made
in China. The engine is started by hand cranking. |
Transfer
Pump |

To
transfer the bitumen 2"x1.5" dia gear pump is used with
inlet and outlet gate valves. |
Transfer

The
pump is coupled with the bitumen tar boiler by a flexible
hose on the suction side of the pump and the delivery side
of the pump is fitted with one and half inch dia GI Pipe
and up to height of 5 feet and rest by flexible hose. For
positioning the outlet of the pump a union coupling is fitted
on the discharged pipe. |
