Platform |

. Main platform of the pavement cutter is made of 1/8” thick MS Plate of size is 36” x20” Engine and water tank secure with this platform. |

Air cooled gasoline engine 5 hp, 11 hp 4000 rpm and 13 hp,3600 rpm used for ME-10, Me-12 and Me-20 Model. Recoil starting system for easy start the m/c. |
3.Screw Lifting Wheel |
: |
There is a wheel with a handle for lifting up and down of the cutter which is fixed on the top of the water tank. Lifting system is controlled with the two 4 inch dia nylon wheel at the bottom of the Platform.

4.
Cutter Blade |
: |
Cutter Blade is high tempered carbon steel whose cutting tip is made of diamond and size of the tip is 1/8 inch thick 3/8 inch width. Cutting depth is 4,6 & 9 inch for the three models of ME-10, ME-12 & ME-20. There is a scale for monitoring and adjusting the cutting depth.

5.Maker Disc |

This disc is made by heat treated MS Plate of dia 4 inch. Maker disk follow the marking on the road ahead of the cutter. The cutting blade cuts the road following of the marker disc.

Water Reserve Tank |
: |
Water tank is made by 1/8 inch MS plate of capacity 19 liter, 25 liter and 50 liter for the model of ME-10, ME-12 & ME-20. Water flow from this tank through a 1/2 inch ball valve and flexible hose to the cutter wheel. |
