General |
: |
Three
wheeled Trolley with Toeing system on Pneumatic Tyres, which
is suitable for Tractor toeing for long halt and toeing
during work and operation. |
2.
Tank |
: |
1000 Liter capacity covered tank made by 3 / 6 ² MS Sheet & bottom is made by 1 / 4 ² MS Plate. The Tank is of cylindrical shape with on top an opening visual inspection and loading with cover. A dial type thermometer (0 0 -300 0 C) is fitted with the tank for temp. monitoring. Mechanical stirrers, filter screen and piping for Bitumen Delivery.

Heating |
: |
Inside Burning System (Bitumen Heating up to 160 0 C) Initial heating of the bitumen up to the desired temperature is to be done outside. After pouring the melted bitumen with a transfer pump (Model: MTMBS-02 manufacture by us) or manually inside the tank its need to maintain temperature for the spraying. For the internal burning a 6” dia pipe of ¼” thick is used which start at the backside and take one turn inside the bitumen tank. With a 6”x5” reducer this burning pipe take the turn upside and burning evaporator out side the flue gas pressure through the inside from the pipe. Burner has a nozzle fitting arrangement and air blower pipeline for increase and proper burning of fuel. Airflow can be controlled from the blower and there is a vane pump (2kg/cm 2 ) to supply the diesel from the diesel tank to the burner. Diesel flow to burner can be controlled with a ½” ball valve. When bitumen temperature rises to 160 0 C diesel flow should be cutoff by the valve to stop the burning. Agitator for the bitumen is manually operated to distribute heat uniformly.
6. Outside Burning System (when inside burning component not assembled) Outside burning system is by tube burner with LP Gas and pressure regulator for efficient burning tube burners are fixed at the bottom of the bitumen tank in the burning chamber. Kerosene burner system can be attached in the burning chamber. For the kerosene burning system there is a kerosene tank, which has a provision to pump with hand and leg pumped to a pressure of 1 kg/cm 2 can be seen by a installed pressure gauge on the tank. The out let valves of the kerosene tank can adjust kerosene flame.

Chassis |
: |
Steel chassis with leaf spring steel assembly, single axle with 2 Nos. of pneumatic tire wheels (6.00-16) with mudguard. The third wheel is provided for resting and movement. Resting legs are also provided for long rest.
|
5.Power |
: |
The Spray system Pumping is powered by A4 stroke diesels engine of 8.5 HP. capacity. Engine is coupled with the gear pump (2 ² x2 ² ) assemble by bee belts which can be adjusted for tension.

6.
Oil Flush |
: |
The Flushing system has been introduced to prevent line clogging. Necessary ball valves are given to operate the flushing system. A kerosene tank (8 ² dia 24 ² height) has been given on the system to store flushing kerosene (used/new) required for the system cleaning after bitumen work. The system must be chanced after work.

Spray System |
: |
In
multi nozzle spray system there are 12/18 pcs. of brass
nozzles for the uniform bitumen spray is mounted with 21/2²x21/2²
MS Box. The spray length can be varied from 1.82 meter to
2.75 meter. Each nozzle is mounted with 3/8² ball valve
individually. All the valves handle is connected to a 2²
flat bar operated by single handle for open & close
of all of the valves at a time. Both the end the spray box
is close with 2² gate valve to fix extra 4 pcs nozzle
which can be fixed with this 2 end of the spray bar. There
is also provision for hand spray which can be used according
to the job requirement. The hand spray bar is 1 meter long
with single nozzle. The spray bar is coupled with 2 meters
long. rubber hose which can sustain pressure and temperature
of the system. |
