The
Maxim Centrifuge Extractor is used to determine the pedestal
quantitative amount of bituminous paving mixtures. The precision
machined rotor-bowl and bowl
cover are removable by means of a knurled hand nut and assure
fast set up and accurate alignment of the bowl assembly.
The cast aluminum housing safely encloses the spinning bowl
In operation. The vertical motor shaft with
speeds to 3,600 rpm is shielded to insure isolation from
solvents and asphalt. A Built-in electrical brake stops
the bowl quickly whenever the unite is turned off . |
